FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

The jacking system is a critical equipment for Jack-up which have following functions: It provides lifting force when leg or hull goes up, bears the load when legs or hull goes down and provide retaining force during Jack-up pre-loading. This 440 kips jacking system used two proprietary technologies and broke the foreign monopoly at this industry. The main parameters of this system match with other currently popular products. The entire design and manufacture are strictly according to CCS regulations.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

v  Adopt large modulus (m=80) pinion to gain large lifting force to meet the operation requirements.

v  Adopt multi-reduction gear box to obtain a large transmission ratio, meet the requirements of the hull lifting speed and load capacity. The gear box consists of parallel shaft reducer and planet reducer. Parallel shaft reducer is triple reduction gear, and planetary gear is double reduction gear.

v  Equipped with oil scraping device to ensure the reliability of lubrication of the bearings during low speed rotating at both way.
